We’re happy to receive a research brief (request) in any format, whether a formal document, an email with some dot points, or a phone call with one of our team who can help you create something that suits your timeline, budget and the insights you seek.

A market research project typically takes from 3-6 weeks depending on the complexity. We can of course move quickly when needed (the benefits of an agile team) and if you’re after more ongoing insights (such as tracking, or quarterly dips), we can build something for you that ensures you have the right information on time, every time.

The cost of a market research project is based on 1) the size of the sample of consumers/shoppers that is required (often linked to the number of target markets you want to understand), 2) the amount of information we need to capture which influences the survey or discussion length, and 3) the addition of any complex analytical work.
